Losar the Tibetan New year
falls right after the Guru Dragmar festival is
over. Also between late February and early
March.

Khecheopalri Mela, around
three days. The program includes offering
ceremonies ,lighting of butter lamps . A large
number of pilgrims from within Sikkim and
neighboring states visit each year held between
February and March.

Tashiding Bhumchu Mela, the
program includes the great prayer rituals and
distribution of holy water from an ancient holy
water vase. Equally large number of pilgrims
visit between February and March each year.

Pang lhabsol, the program includes great
offering of food and drinks to the guardian
deities of Sikkim Khangchendzonga and Yabdue
where laymen dance pleasing deities also
called the warrior dance, the Buddhist name
for this dance is Pang toed chaam . Period
two days between late August and early
September each year.

The 10th month of the lunar
calendar and the festive Sikkimese Lossong
festival starts with elaborate religious
ceremonies and monastic dances in all major
monasteries. Archery competitions are organized.
Held in December each year.
